Online Booking:
Please note we require your home and mobile telephone numbers on the booking form.

Arrival:
Check-in time is between 2pm and 7pm.
Rooms not occupied by 7pm may be re-let unless we have been notified in advance BY PHONE
Arrivals outside of this MUST BE ARRANGED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE BY TELEPHONE. 01223 316074
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 72 hrs for cancellations(in some cases more than 72hrs,you will be notified at time of reservation).
Check Out:
Our Check out time is 10.30AM
Payment:
Balance of payment is required on checking in
We accept most major credit / debit cards

We cannot guarantee specific rooms on 1 night only bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation with less than 3 days notice may incur the full cost of the booking unless we are able to re-let the room.
Curtailment of a stay will be liable for the full amount of the booking unless we are able to re-let the room/s.
Please consider taking out holiday insurance, particularly for winter bookings. We cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Failure to observe this policy will result in your being asked to leave and a £100.00 cleaning charge debited from your credit/debit card.
Dogs:
We regret that dogs are not permitted.
